As Chief Administrative Officer of My New Days Counseling, Jhon Grisales provides strategic leadership and operational direction to ensure the organization functions with excellence, efficiency, and integrity. He oversees administrative systems, financial operations, compliance protocols, credentialing processes, and business development initiatives that support both clinical providers and clients. With a strong focus on structure, accountability, and long-term sustainability, Jhon plays a critical role in shaping the company’s growth while safeguarding the quality and professionalism that define the My New Days Counseling experience.
Who I am
In addition to his executive leadership responsibilities, Jhon brings many years of experience in marketing and graphic design, which has significantly strengthened the company’s brand presence and communication strategy. His expertise in visual identity, digital platforms, and strategic outreach allows My New Days Counseling to maintain a professional, culturally responsive, and accessible image across all channels. From website development to marketing campaigns and patient engagement materials, his creative and strategic insight ensures the organization’s message is both impactful and aligned with its mission. Jhon is committed to building systems that enhance operational clarity, protect client privacy, and support clinicians in delivering high-quality mental health services. Through thoughtful leadership, innovation, and a collaborative approach, he helps guide My New Days Counseling toward continued growth while remaining centered on its core purpose: supporting individuals and families on their path toward new days of balance, growth, and wellbeing.

Qualifications
At My New Days Counseling, we are committed to providing high-quality care to our clients. Our therapists are highly trained professionals who have completed accredited educational programs and are licensed by the State of New Jersey, ensuring ethical, knowledgeable, and effective mental health services.
Jhon earned an Associate’s degree in Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Graphic Design from County College of Morris, followed by a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Graphic Design from Kean University. He brings a diverse skill set that includes web design and website development, video design and multimedia production, and graphic design with a focus on visual branding. Jhon is also experienced in digital illustration and animation, as well as client relations and account management. His background extends to social media strategy and management, customer service, and client support, along with bookkeeping and administrative coordination. He also manages intake and information processes, ensuring efficient and organized operations. Jhon is bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish.
