Who I am
I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) mental health counselor originally from Colombia who is passionate about supporting teens, young adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. I believe therapy should be a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

As someone who has experience working with diverse populations, I understand the important role that culture, family dynamics, and past experiences play in emotional well-being. I strive to provide culturally responsive care and create an environment where clients feel respected, validated, and supported in their healing journey.
