"I am a Licensed Associate Counselor in the state of New Jersey. My License number is: 37AC00588300. I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling degree from Stockton University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from Stockton University. Utilizing a person-centered and strengths-based approach, my style of counseling is client-led and relationship focused. I utilize a trauma informed approach with the clients I work with and find it important to identify all factors that may be impacting those clients. Working together, we will build skills, identify strengths, and build a foundation for healing and growth so that you can live the life you deserve."

All About Me

I would like to work with the LGBTQIA+ community on sexual and gender identity issues, transitions, and environmental struggles.

I plan to become more trauma-focused throughout my time at My New Days Counseling and throughout my career. I plan to become polyvagal certified as well as Internal Family Systems certified. I am currently working on trainings in Polyvagal Theory and Trauma Professional Training.

I am adventurous and I enjoy snowboarding, hiking, and scuba diving. I plan to obtain more certification in scuba diving like wreck diving, technical diving, and eventually would like to become a dive master. I like to explore and try new things like new food and new experiences. In my downtime, I really enjoy video games and play games like Madden and Arc Raiders, watching shows and movies, and reading good books such as memoirs or fictional books such as The Hunger Games.
