My New Days Counseling offers a variety of therapeutic services that will nurture your spirit, help you overcome personal challenges, and allow you to achieve your individual and family life goals. Service Fee Schedule for Mental Health Therapy: ​
My New Days Counseling therapeutically collaborates with individuals and families that use self-pay options or have out-of-network benefits.

A complimentary 10-15 minute virtual meet and greet. appointment can be scheduled.

$145 for an initial assessment of mental health needs.

$100 per 45 minute individual session.

$135 for a 60 minute family or partner session.

$120 for a 60 minute individual session.

$110 for a 45 minute individual session.
Payments are accepted via credit card, cash, money order, or certified check.
Collaboration also takes place with those individuals and families that have mental health and behavioral health benefits from:

My New Days Counseling encourages all potential patients to disclose any financial situations that may preclude them from seeking therapy. Payment plans or other arrangements can be discussed based on availability and financial situations.
Cancelation Policy for Mental Health Services:
Scheduled therapy session times are especially reserved and without a 48 hour prior notice, it is difficult for My New Days to fill that time slot with another session. If a scheduled session is missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours prior notice, the session will be billed according to the service fee schedule at the full cost of the scheduled appointment.
Confidentiality Policy for Mental Health Services:
Confidentiality and privacy is paramount at My New Days Counseling. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a New Jersey mandated reporter, Dahiana may only breach confidentiality standards when there are concerns of child abuse/neglect and/or any participant is reporting/expressing situations that place themselves or others at risk or in danger.
Ethical Behavior Policy:
At My New Days Counseling, Dahiana P. Grisales, LCSW practices and is bound to the professional conduct and ethical Code of Ethics outlined by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Clinical Supervision Fees & Policies
Service Fee Schedule for Clinical Supervision:

$100 per hour for individual in-person & virtual supervision (restricted to 50% of the time)

$225 for one and a half hours of group supervision (maximum of three participants)

Call today to schedule a complimentary interview for your New Days in clinical supervision. Supervision sessions are only offered during day time hours.

If a scheduled supervision time is missed or called with less than 48 hour the supervision fee will be billed at the regular price.
Training Workshop​ Fees & Policies
Service Fee Schedule Policy:
Training needs vary from site to site, contact My New Days Counseling, LLC to receive your individualized training quote.
Cancelation Policy:
All training workshops require extensive research and accommodations for the individual site. Once a contract is developed and agreed upon, the training site is responsible to pay the full amount of the training workshop despite unforeseen cancellations.
